The team at Generator’s aim is to provide business owners with a boutique service based on three fundamentals:
You get to know the team and we get to know you.

We agree fees and payment terms with you before we start.
Whether you are new to business or have been at it forever, it is always good to have a team at the end of the phone or email who can promptly answer your questions. If we can’t help, we know someone who can, including a lawyer or three, a plumber, electrician, painter, or earthmover…. just ask!
We are Chartered Accountants, members of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) – this means we are held to a high ethical standard. We undertake at least 40 hours of professional development every year and are subject to regular peer reviews.
We are Xero Accountants, through and through. The whole team is Xero Advisor Certified. We are also experienced with a range of Xero add-ons that make life easier for business owners.

Margaret Holmes
Director
Margaret has been an accountant for more years than she is prepared to admit. Her passion is to see local businesses succeed.
The accountant in her means she gets immense satisfaction from seeing things balance and, more importantly, she likes to see business owners achieve what they planned when they went into business.
Jo Lahmert
Accountant
Jo works with our customers daily, making sure their Xero data looks good and they are getting regular reports. She can help with Xero training, payroll and getting your tax sorted.
Out of the office, Jo likes to spend time on the coastal tracks close to home, followed by long, leisurely aperitifs on the deck with family.
Sonia Diacono
Office Manager
Sonia is the go-to person for everything the accountants don’t do in our office (and some of those they do). She makes great coffee, keeps everyone organised and generally runs the show.
When not in the office, Sonia can be found enjoying the outdoors with her family, sampling the occasional vino, and travelling.
