Each package begins with a half-day Strategic Business Planning session that includes:
  • Market and SWOT analysis to provide insights into industry trends and opportunities
  • Goal setting and strategic planning to clearly define measurable goals and create actionable steps
  • Formation of performance metrics to establish KPIs to monitor progress, with regular reviews and adjustments
  • Financial projections, resource allocation, and the development of financial forecasts, budgets and resource use optimisation
From there, you’ll receive regular coaching sessions to ensure your plans stay on track, challenges are addressed early, and new opportunities are captured. Depending on the pace and depth of guidance your business needs, you can choose from three levels of ongoing support: Foundations, Momentum, or Performance.
